Palantir’s end-of-year celebration is a moment to reflect on the year’s achievements, fostering pride and strengthening the company’s internal culture. I had the opportunity to design the event’s branding and atmosphere, drawing inspiration from the cozy, vibrant charm of an après-ski vibe. The blocky EOY logotype served as a visual device to house video and photography, providing an innovative way to transition topics digitally. This approach created a seamless flow between key moments of reflection, celebration, and company pride, enhancing the overall event experience while reinforcing the internal connection to Palantir’s culture.
